Then you just need to pay the outstanding amount of £20 at the end of this session.

What to expect at the weekly counselling sessions:

  • The session would be led by you and what you would like to work on.
  • I may bring up what has happened in the previous session and I may get you to explore your feelings more, but this will be done to support you through your counselling journey and to reach your goals.
  • At the end of the session is when you pay. (£40 that is for the outstanding amount and a deposit for next session.)

What to expect at the ending session (last session):

  • Endings are very important.
  • We need to complete one chapter to be able to go onto the next and that is the same with counselling.
  • Once you have come to the end of your counselling, it is a good idea to have an end session to say goodbye and to put that part of your life to bed.
  • Remember that you can still come back to counselling at a later date.
  • At the end of this session you only have to pay the outstanding amount of £20.
