- I work with ages from 13 years plus, from different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. I have worked as a counsellor within a number of charities that specialise in emotional well-being for children and adults.
- One of them charities was Mind, I supported clients through their anxiety, looking at ways to challenge their thoughts and feelings that come with anxiety.
- Alongside my private work, I also work for a bereavement charity. Counselling children and adults to explore their feelings around their loss.
- I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) which means I work within the ethical framework, I keep my CPD up to date, have regular supervision.
- I am DBS checked, fully insured and registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s office.)
