I’m now offering face to face counselling sessions (COVID-19 Safe) but this will be clients choice. I will still be offering video calls for clients who would prefer this.
Counselling is a place where you can explore your true self, unpack the baggage the world has given you and a confidential space where you can be you (take off the mask you hide behind). I’m not saying it’s going to be easy and we will explore difficult feelings that may be confusing, stressful or painful but we can have some laughs along the way, even if you don’t feel like it now. Exploring these emotion will help you to deal with them and maybe put them to bed for good. If you are ready, then I am ready to work with you by supporting you but never give you advice, as what works for me might not work for you. The sessions are tailored to you and your needs. Which means I use different counselling approaches (integrative counselling). I can also give you skills and tools that will support you in reaching your goal.
